North Villa

As the name suggests, Àni North sits on the northern side of the estate and, like Àni South, sits perched on the edge of the dramatic cliffs overlooking Little Bay – perhaps Anguilla’s most treasured hideaway for swimming and snorkeling.

All master bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces are facetowards the breathtaking western view down the Anguilla coast line and towards evening sunset views.

Unique to the Àni North is the home’s dramatic stair atrium with massive skylight above and water feature below. The villa has 4 bedrooms, it’s own living and dining spaces (indoor and outdoor), roof lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub. The villa is filled with an assortment of decks and covered areas for group gatherings and private space.

South Villa

While similar in design, Àni South sits on the southern side of the estate and looks more directly down into Little Bay with its shimmering blue waters.

The master bedrooms, indoor and outdoor living spaces are likewise oriented toward the breathtaking western view down the Anguilla coast line and sunset views.

Unique to the Àni South is the homes configuration as an accessible home with elevator, roll in showers, pool lift, and other features – all subtly designed within the homes design concept. The villa has 6 bedrooms, it’s own living and dining spaces (indoor and outdoor), roof deck lounge, pool deck and cliff edge hot tub. The villa is filled with an assortment of decks and covered areas for gathering as a group or to find your own private space.

Families – For children ages 5 and above, the Ani Villas Children’s Activity Coordinator helps to arrange a wide range of activities based on age and interests. During the pre-arrival planning process, they work with guests to design a custom program incorporating the interests and desires or their children.

​

Up to 4 hours per day or night for up to 2 children are complimentary. Supervision and care for addition hours or additional children is charged at US$15 per hour.
